MODrinking enough water is important, of course. However, you don’t have to drown yourself in ridiculous amounts of water to increase or maintain your milk supply.
Generally speaking, drinking to thirst is enough! Listen to your body. If you know you are someone who struggles to get enough water in general, then you may need to be a little more mindful and intentional about it.
