That exposure is still considered “within safety limits” by regulators — but safety limits are based primarily on short-term heating effects, not long-term cumulative exposure. Most people sleep 6–8 hours a night with their phone within arm’s reach of their head. Even if the cancer data is debated, sleep disruption, melatonin suppression from blue light, and nighttime nervous system activation are well documented. I’m trying to stay healthy in it.🤷‍♂️ Man-made EMFs are everywhere. Long-term effects are still unknown. And I certainly don’t trust blindly the industry-funded studies. Most independent studies report biological effects. The WHO even classifies phone radiation as possibly carcinogenic to humans. So right now, we are the experiment. That’s why I don’t guess. I measure. I test. I adjust. After nearly 10 years of testing, my rule is simple: If it’s on my body, it’s on airplane mode.
