Things fall short every single day.
Would I love to prep healthy dinners every night? Absolutely. But the reality is, it’s door dash or a meal prep service (and I’m so grateful those things exist!).
Motherhood looks nothing like I thought it would, especially while building a demanding career. One thing I’ve learned: when both parents work, you have to hire out.
That SAHM role? It’s actually a nanny, cook, cleaner, administrator, and CFO rolled into one. If you’re working, you better be prepared to pay for those “luxuries” too.
And that’s okay.
