We now know that body recomp is a very realistic goal for most people
Traditional Cutting and bulking can work faster, but they come with tradeoffs:
Cutting → bigger deficits, weaker workouts, and just feeling worse over time
Bulking → muscle plus fat gain, which a lot of people hate
That’s why recomp can often be a better option
Slower on paper, but easier to stick to in real life
And consistency is what actually changes your body
