PI6 reasons why you’re not getting that toned look from Pilates
1. You’re not progressing your workouts
If your body is doing the same exercises, reps, and intensity every session… it adapts. No progression = no change.
2. You’re not training close enough to failure
Pilates should feel challenging. If you’re not reaching that shaky, burning point, you’re not giving your muscles a reason to grow.
