ISrest is productive in its own way, but it’s also ok (kinda required) to not be productive all the time & to just be. just enjoy your time! this forced downtime is an opportunity for me to do just that.
sitting on the couch all day is an easy way to feel antsy & fidgety, but finding low-stress things to do that actually enjoy help me lean into the stillness.
thankful everyday to have a flexible work schedule & mostly work at home, but especially today!!!
