Fall racing season is far from over and this weekend is MCM in Washington, DC 💥 It’s known as the “People’s Marathon” because it’s the largest marathon that doesn’t offer prize money.

R.Pushed 26.2 miles through my favorite city in the world today — the 2025 Marine Corps Marathon 🦅🇺🇸
What started as a plan to link up for a few miles with @allytbrett_runs and Team Melissa from @ainsleys_angels turned into one of the most rewarding runs I’ve ever had. We decided to stick together for the whole race, and crossing that finish line side by side was pure gratitude and joy.
The crowds, the signs (especially the ones calling out the shutdown 😅), the energy — everything about this weekend reminded me why I love this sport and this city so much.
Already looking forward to next year. ❤️

JAI had a goal in mind, and it didn’t happen today…and I’m genuinely okay with that. This race was about getting a baseline and understanding where I am right now.
What I’m most proud of is my mindset throughout. I stayed calm, ran smart, and trusted myself at the start. I didn’t take my first break until mile 6 and felt very strong. The work I’ve been putting in at @burnbootcampmidlothianva is paying off.
Progress doesn’t always look like running a faster time. Sometimes it’s about how you felt. And aside from the heat, I felt great! 😊
