CAAmidst all the running and mileage, I make it a point to hit my legs hard once per week, minimally.
There’s just no way around it; strong legs breed strong runners - you simply gotta have the legs to keep up with your training if you wanna get better at running.
And the best part is, you don’t need anything too fancy - just choose a few staple movements like your squats, RDLs, hip thrusts, etc., and stick to them, and you’ll be well on your way 😤
