LORunning this time of year is so much harder. BUT, I firmly believe it builds the resilience so you approach those summer runs even more!
I’m starting preparation for 3 half marathons I am running early next year, and as much as I would love to stay in the warm, it has to be done
As much as performance is a goal, what truly drives me is the endorphins. I always say this, but I wish everyone could fell the “runners high.” It takes a while for it all to click, but once you feel it, you never look back
Running for me is therapy. And that doesn’t stop in the winter months, if anything I need it more!
