1️⃣첫번째,신부전검사( SDMA)
신부전은 노령고양이 죽음의 가장 많은 원인데,
신장 75%가 망가져도 모를 — 고양이병원비로 수천만원 쓴 제가.. 다시 7년전으로 돌아간다면, 이 검사들을 꼭 해줄거에요😌 7살이상 중년-노령 고양이 필수검사 1분안에 알려드릴게요. 1️⃣첫번째,신부전검사( SDMA) 신부전은 노령고양이 죽음의 가장 많은 원인데, 신장 75%가 망가져도 모를 수 있어요. 검사로 25% 손상부터 알아챌 수 있으니, 무조건 해줘야 겠죠. 2️⃣두번째, 심장검사 (proBNP) 심장병도 증상이 거의 없는데 돌연사가 많아 나이있는 고양이들은 꼭 해줘야해요. 청진으론 알기 어렵고, 건강해보이는고양이 10마리중 1.5마리는 심장병이 발견되었다고 하니, 꼭 넣어주세요. (*랙돌, 메인쿤, 브리티시 숏헤어, 아메숏 등 유전적 소인이 있는 품종이나 노령묘는 필수!) 3️⃣세번째, 갑상선 호르몬 검사(T4) 고양이에게 흔한 갑상선 항진증은 신부전, 심장병 등 각종 합병증으로 발전할 수 있어요. 조기발견시 약물과 수술로 충분히 치료할 수 있으니 미리 검사해주면 좋겠죠. 4️⃣네번째, 췌장염 검사 (FPL) 췌장염도 증상이 거의 없어 만성이 되서야 알게될 수 있고, 간과 장등 다른장기질병으로 이어질 수 있기 때문에 미리 검사해주시는게 좋아요. ✅여기서 저의 꿀팁! 검진비용비교보다 문제발견시 치료를 그병원에서 받을건지가 중요해요.🌟 병원을 옮기게 되면 일부 병원이나 질병의 경우 재검을 해야 할 수도 있는데, 그럼 비용이 일부 더 추가되기 때문이죠. 10만원 아끼려다 오히려 더 쓰는 속쓰린일이 생길 수있겠죠?🥹 그럼, 제가 다음 피드로 [7살고양이 검진가이드] 싹 정리해서 올려드릴테니 팔로우하시고 기다려 주세요!🩵 #고양이 #낭낭이누나 #집사 #cat #집사꿀팁

猫の血液検査では、
白血球、赤血球、ヘモグロビン、総たんぱく、アルブミン、ALT、AST、Cre、SDMA、血糖など、
いろいろな項目から体の状態を読み取っていきます。
ただし基準値は検査会社や機械で少し変わるので、数字はあくま — 血液検査は「異常があるか、ないか」だけを見るものではありません。猫の血液検査では、白血球、赤血球、ヘモグロビン、総たんぱく、アルブミン、ALT、AST、Cre、SDMA、血糖など、いろいろな項目から体の状態を読み取っていきます。ただし基準値は検査会社や機械で少し変わるので、数字はあくまで目安、最終的にはその子の検査票の基準範囲で見ることが大切です。たとえば白血球のバランス。猫では、好中球やリンパ球の割合もひとつのヒントになります。参考値の一例では、好中球45〜64％、リンパ球27〜36％ほどが目安です。基準値内でも、好中球が高め・リンパ球が低めに傾いていると、ストレスの影響や自律神経の乱れを考えることがあります。ただし、％だけでなく絶対数も含めて見ることが大切です。赤血球やヘモグロビンからは、はっきりした貧血になる前の “隠れ貧血のヒント”が見えることもあります。総たんぱくやアルブミンは、栄養状態、吸収、脱水の見方につながることがあります。 ALTやASTは肝細胞への負担のヒント、 CreやSDMAは腎臓をみる大切な項目です。 SDMAは猫で0〜14 μg/dLが基準のひとつで、14を超える上昇が続く場合は要注意、15〜17が持続する場合はIRIS CKD Stage 1に入る考え方があります。ちなみに参考範囲の一例として、猫のALTは12〜130 U/L、ASTは0〜48 U/Lとされる資料もあります。でも大切なのは、基準値に入っているかどうかだけで終わらないこと。特に基準範囲が広い項目は、その幅のどこにいるか、前回と比べてどう変化しているかを見ることで、まだ病気ではない小さなサインに気づけることがあります。だから血液検査の結果は、病院で聞いて終わりにせずぜひ毎回とっておいてください。血液検査は、今の病気を見つけるためだけではなく、その子の未来を守るための大切な記録です。血液検査と一緒に、この動画も保存してね。 @vet_nekosensei ちょっとした不調も見逃さない飼い主さんへ猫と長く穏やかに暮らすためのサポートを発信しています🐈‍⬛ フォローお願いします🍀 #動物病院 #猫のいる暮らし #猫の健康 #猫の病気 #猫専門獣医師
