Scarico Lombare (30 secondi) Decomprime la zona lombare e riduce la pressione sui dischi vertebrali ⚡ 2. Allungamento Piriforme (30 secondi per gamba) Rilassa il muscolo che spesso comprime il nervo sciatico ⚡ 3. Allungamento Posteriori della Coscia (30 secondi per gamba) Riduce la tensione che si ripercuote sulla schiena 🔑 Ricorda: esegui ogni movimento con dolcezza, senza mai arrivare al dolore. Relief without understanding = repeat injury. 2️⃣ Aggressive stretching or nerve flossing There is a time and place for nerve mobility—but not when a nerve is already inflamed. Stretching or flossing an irritated nerve often adds more tension, more inflammation, and more pain. Calm the nerve first, then progress appropriately. 3️⃣ Complete rest Rest sounds logical, but full rest actually slows recovery.
