MAGiving away my “secrets” here!
Ps I have no secrets!
People often ask how I’ve grown my Instagram so quickly. The truth? It’s not just about content—it’s about connection. One thing I’ve always believed, in life and on social media, is that the eyes are the window to the soul. They reveal everything—our emotions, thoughts, and who we are at our core. That’s why I only wear sunglasses when absolutely necessary. For me, it’s about never hiding who I am.
I’ve noticed that many people, often without realizing it, use sunglasses or other barriers to shield themselves. Whether it’s a pair of sunglasses, a phone screen, or even holding back emotionally, it can feel safer to stay hidden. But for me, I’m here for authentic communication. I want to break through those walls and connect on a real level. That’s why, whenever I’m with friends or a partner and we sit down to talk, I’ll often say: Please take off your sunglasses. Let’s look each other in the eye and truly communicate. Eye contact is where trust is built, emotions are understood, and real connection begins.
That same philosophy is what I bring to social media. 90% of the time, what you see in my posts is exactly what I’m feeling in that moment. I’m simply looking at the camera, thinking, processing, and allowing my emotions to show. There’s no hiding, no filters, no walls. I hope that comes through, because my goal has always been to create authentic connection—not just a polished image.
I’ve always been a deep thinker—some might say too much. It’s my burden, but also my gift. It’s what keeps me up at night, reflecting on life, but it’s also what allows me to see things deeply and connect in ways that feel real and meaningful.
I believe authenticity is everything. Whether it’s sitting with someone face-to-face or sharing a moment online, I never want to hide who I am. And I encourage you to ask yourself: If you’re constantly behind a barrier—whether it’s a pair of sunglasses, a phone, or something else blocking the real you—what are you hiding?
Because when you take down those walls, that’s where true connection begins.
