Extraordinary service happens when you solve a problem before someone asks. When you see what’s coming next. When you take action before they even realize they need help. That’s a mindset. A discipline. A culture you build into your team, your workflow, your relationships. Ask yourself (and teach your people to ask): • What will they need next? • How can I make this easier before it becomes a request? • What can I handle now that will save them stress later? Do that consistently and everything in your life gets better. Your business. Your leadership. Even your marriage. Customer memang membeli karena produk dan jasa kita bagus, tetapi bisa tidak jadi beli / tidak repeat order / No Referal Order dikarenakan kualitas Service yang tidak bagus. . Sekali customer merasa ga Excellence, langsung muncul alternatif utk mencoba produk / layanan yang lain. . Jadilah Pribadi yang Excellent, bangun dan terus hidupi nilai EXCELLENCE dari dalam diri kita terhadap apapun yang kita kerjakan. . Pelayanan Terbaik yang murni tak bersyarat hanya bisa dihasilkan oleh Pelayan-pelayan yang Terbaik. Orang-orang yang memang memiliki sikap hati untuk melayani dengan sepenuh hati walaupun yang mereka layani seringkali tidak punya hati :). . Clarity shows your team what hospitality looks like, defines the standard rather than assuming they understand it, and explains exactly how to execute the experience you expect. Vague expectations force the team to guess, creating inconsistency across shifts and staff members… Clear communication removes confusion and excuses, eliminating “I didn’t know,” “I wasn’t sure,” and “No one told me.” Once the team clearly understands what “great” means, they can perform with: confidence, act with purpose, and deliver an elevated experience intentionally. Clarity turns expectations into action, action into consistency, consistency into culture, and culture into the guest experience your restaurant becomes known for. If you want better hospitality, higher standards, and systems that actually work, start with clarity… your team can only hit the target they can clearly see.
