Covering business expenses faster. Benefits of Mid-term rentals (Furnish finders, Zillow) 1. More stable income with less turnover. So we’ve adopted 3 key things that we do before we hit “book” on any rental. 1️⃣Read the reviews and look for patterns - You can learn a lot from the reviews. Usually you can tell if someone if just being negative or if their comments are legitimate 2️⃣Contact the host to see how they respond - How they respond tells you more than you think about the host, their commitment to the property, and their responsiveness 3️⃣Check for the same listing on other rental sites - copy some key identifiers from the listing and do a search. See if the same property comes up on other sites. Often the images and information are different for the same listing on different sites. Hi, we’re Sean and Aimee. The income feels steady without the chaos. 2️⃣ Less turnover = less potential problems Fewer guests means fewer chances for wear & tear, complaints, party risks, or random 11PM “I can’t find the WiFi” messages 😅 3️⃣ No permit needed In cities where short-term regulations are tightening, this is HUGE. No stress about compliance changes or surprise restrictions. 4️⃣ More predictable income With 1 to sometimes 9 month stays, you’re not riding seasonal waves as hard. There's consistency.
