POV: it’s meal prep time 👌 Simple meals but they do the trick :) The Deets: Rice: -Jasmine rice with coconut oil + salt Beef: - Onion and red pepper fried in olive oil - Ground beef fried - excess fat drained - Added: salt, garlic powder Chicken in instant pot - 3 packages of chicken, - 2 packages of fajita mix - 3-4 cups water (until chicken is submerged) - Pressure cook for 10 minutes - Then let sit for as long as you want to make it more tender *I suggest at least 2 hours *when shredding the chicken keep some of the liquid in the pot still My meals (rectangle containers) - Lunch & dinner 1. Ground beef + rice - I add soya sauce and honey before eating 2. Shredded chicken, rice & broccoli - I will typically fry this meal up at night before eating with some olive oil and add soya sauce. #Mealprep #weeklymealprep #meals

If you’re on the same page then you HAVE to try my GROUND TURKEY SWEET POTATO SKILLET!! As a bonus it also comes together in only 30 minutes, making it the perfect easy and budget-friendly meal idea!! Long days always call for simple meals 🍝 For the sauce: 12 oz fire roasted crushed tomatoes 1 shallot, minced 1/3 cup chicken broth 6 fresh basil leaves Salt & pepper to taste 1 tbsp olive oil Dash of cinnamon In a saucepan, heat up olive oil on medium heat. Sauté shallots till translucent then add tomatoes, and rest of ingredients and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes then blend till smooth. For the filling: 1 lb large shells, uncooked 1 3/4 lbs ground beef 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls Salt, pepper & Italian seasoning mixed into the ground beef Parmesan Preheat oven at 375. Stuff each shell with seasoned ground beef and a mozzarella pearl. In a large baking dish add stuffed shells and cover with tomato sauce. Add any remaining mozzarella pearls on top and bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover pan and top with Parmesan then bake another 10 minutes till cheese is melted and starting to brown. Sprinkle with more Parmesan or parsley and serve. Enjoy! Tip: if you prefer browning the beef and cooking the shells for 2 minutes before hand you can, it will make more dishes but will take less time in the oven - the method I’ve shared cooks the beef to medium, if you want it done more cook longer. • • • #onepotmeal #dinnerideas #pastarecipe #stuffedshells @anthropologiehome @theparismarket @caraway_home @sprouts @barillaus @muirglen

🍽️ M&S High Protein 4 Easy Family Dinners This week’s meal prep using mostly the same ingredients… What I made: • Creamy chicken & veg pasta bake • Mild chicken fajita rice bowls • Creamy chicken & veg curry • Easy chicken & veg soup Ingredients (makes 16 portions total): • 2.5kg chicken breast • Wholewheat pasta • Long-grain rice • Frozen mixed vegetables • Peppers • Onions • Mild curry sauce or coconut milk + mild curry paste • Mild fajita seasoning • Light soft cheese • Small block grated cheddar • Chicken stock cubes • 1.5–2 litres hot water (for soup) • Oil, salt & pepper Simple meals, minimal stress, and dinners sorted for days 🤍 FOLLOW FOR MORE RECIPES!
