When we open the leg à la seconde we go through sur le cou-de-pied position and immediately open the leg to the side. This first jump finishes in demi plié with the other leg open to the side. We finish the jump with pas assemblé into 5th. 2. Sissonne simple with pas assemblé to the side. The difference is with the first jump- we stay with the leg sur le cou-de-pied on demi plié. Then we do another jump- pas assemblé into 5th. 🇵🇱 Który skok to sissonne ouverte? Czy widzisz różnicę? Różnica polega na zaakcentowaniu otwarcia nogi do boku po skoku. 1. Sissonne ouverte. Na raz (w rozliczeniu) noga otwarta jest do zadanego kierunku- do boku. Noga pracująca przechodzi przez pozycję sur le cou-de-pied jak najszybciej do boku. Skok kończymy w demi plié z nogą wyciągniętą w bok. Następnie wykonujemy pas assemblé do V pozycji. 2. Sissonne simple z pas assemblé. Remember to always have an active preparation (engage your muscles in the plié). Think of propelling two legs out as you leave the floor, trying to get the top leg as high as you can whilst maintaining placement. Engage the core muscles to maintaining stability. Land on the underneath leg and actively draw the top leg in to the bottom leg to achieve an exciting and coordinated jump. Imagine that there are two magnets between your inside thigh muscles drawing the legs together. Practice doing grand battements bringing the leg in with intention (not just relying on gravity) to achieve this dynamic. . . . . #sissonne #ballettips #balletjumps #balletcoach #ballettechnique #balletbase #ballet
