Nail the basics—training, nutrition, and recovery—and you’ll be ahead of 99% of people. That said, there are a few I’ve consistently used over the past decade. These are the ones that actually move the needle—my ‘Mt. Rushmore of Supplements’: • Creatine Monohydrate (5g daily) – Supports both physical and cognitive function. No need to load or cycle. Best taken with food rather than just water on an empty stomach. • Whey Protein – A tasty and convenient way to hit my daily protein intake. I go for ones without artificial sweeteners, sugars, or sunflower lecithins. • Sleep Supplements (Sleep& from @lifelabandco) – As life gets busier, quality sleep becomes even more important. A solid pre-bed ritual—including the right sleep supplements—makes a huge difference. At the end of the day, no supplement can make up for poor training, bad nutrition, or inconsistency.
