GLMy Hmart had all these ingredients luckily and im officially addicted to making it! I eyeball the ingredients / how much of what I want to put in more of each time — but you need: carrots, radish, radish root leaves, shiitake mushrooms, burdock root. Simmer for at least 3 hours. I eat the veggies after too. Try this and let’s get healthy this year!
