ANAfter two major health scares in just 6 weeks—a gallbladder tumor and a pulmonary embolism—I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back to my spin workouts! 🙏🏽 The energy, the sweat, the life—I’ve missed it so much!
I’m incredibly grateful for the strength my body had going into all of this—it made recovery faster and smoother. It’s a reminder that just as a strong mind helps you weather life’s storms, a strong body helps you face health challenges head-on 💪🏽
