Not enough protein = losing more muscle than fat If you’re not getting atleast 1.5g per kg of your bodyweight, you’re probably not holding onto muscle the way you think. Build every meal around a solid protein source - eggs, chicken breast, lean mince. Follow @nithin_puthran26 for more tips 2. Eating different things every day = no real consistency One day you’re in a deficit, the next you’re way over. No wonder results are all over the place. Pick 3-4 meals you enjoy and repeat them. Simplicity always wins. 3. Skipping meals early = cravings and overeating later That “I’ll just have coffee and wait” mentality always backfires. Start fueling properly. No structure = no chance of keeping it up If you’re just winging it week to week, it’s only a matter of time before you fall off. You need a plan that actually fits your life. Plan your meals ahead, prep if needed, and follow a routine that’s realistic long-term.

I strongly believe it is a mother’s responsibility to keep a clean, clutter free home for her children. If there’s one thing about me as a stay-at-home mom, it’s that I live and breathe caring for and nurturing my children. And part of that is nurturing our home, too. It’s never about having everything perfect. But they will have clean clothes, folded and organized in their dressers and closets. They will have clean sheets and blankets to sleep in every night. They will have tidy, intentional bedrooms where they can play freely without feeling overwhelmed by clutter. They will always have clean, fresh bathrooms—spaces where they can start and end their days feeling comfortable and cared for. and they will have a a clean kitchen where they can enjoy meals and snacks safely and comfortably. Because to me, a cared-for home is an extension of caring for them. It’s creating a space where they feel safe, calm, and loved. It’s giving them an environment that supports their little minds and big emotions. And the truth is—cleaning our home brings me joy. Not because I’m chasing perfection, but because every reset, every tidy corner, every fresh blanket, every sparkling bathroom sink feels like another way of saying, “You are loved. You are safe.
