MEReusing Storyworks = sustainable & standards-based! #ad
We have spent the past month reading these magazines, and they are full of such engaging content. Now that we are done reading, cutting them up is such a fun way to review what we have learned. I challenged each group to work together to cut, sort, and glue their examples onto poster paper.
The conversations I overheard were amazing! Students debating whether something counted as a photograph or an illustration, helping each other find examples, and teaching their tablemates along the way.
This activity turned into such a great mix of collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Plus, it’s a fun way to reuse the Storyworks 3 magazines instead of letting them sit in a drawer!
