YBLe Cordon Bleu Table Tour made its way to Toronto for the first time ever this past weekend! 💙
Feeling thankful to have joined a wonderful chef demonstration & tasting led by Chef Atifa Prinsloo, Cuisine Chef Instructor at @lecordonbleuottawa who prepared Risotto à la Milanese Style, along with some lovely dessert pairings 👩🏻🍳
Held in an intimate setting at @ledolci , we were able to experience the true elegance and artistry of classical French culinary arts throughout the demonstration, learning about different styles, skills and techniques to perfect the cuisine.
And, I've now discovered Espelette Pepper is my new favourite ingredient and poaching scallops results in the best scallops I've ever tasted.
