BIStuff’d is one of the most popular takeaway spots in Singapore and let me show you how i usually order to maximize the fiber, protein and good fats!
Here’s how I order 👇
First, I go for the Daily Bowl or the Kebab — overall higher fiber/protein ratio to carbs vs a Burrito!
If I’m getting a wrap, I choose tortilla over wholemeal - because their wholemeal wrap contains 35% more calories than their tortilla ones!
Next, I load up on all the veggies as my base — more color = more nutrients and fiber.
For sauce, I go with spicy habanero — it’s the lowest in calories. I pick it since i’m just going for the taste. Mayo, for comparison, can have close to 10 times more calories. Sometimes, I skip the sauce altogether.
For protein, I usually choose grilled chicken.
Their beef? The sauce used to cook the beef contains added sugar (which i tend to avoid).
If I’m building a Daily Bowl, I add: Broccoli, edamame, carrots, celery, salsa, and black beans.
And for healthy fats — I top it off with guacamole.
That’s it. High-protein. Nutrient-dense. Full of fiber. And very delicious.
