Nos emociona compartir que nuestro docu-reportaje El Precio del Campo ha sido galardonado con el premio Gracie al Mejor Programa Local en un Idioma Diferente al Inglés. Este reconocimiento, otorgado por la Alliance for Women in Media Foundation, celebra la excelencia de las mujeres en los medios de comunicación. Y aquí estamos nosotras, dos venezolanas que salimos de nuestra tierra con un sueño y que hoy vemos nuestro trabajo reconocido a lo grande.
Este premio no es solo nuestro, es de todas las mujeres que luchan, que cuentan historias, que trabajan con pasión y que no se rinden. Es por esas voces que necesitan ser escuchadas y por todas las latinas que siguen abriéndose camino en la industria.
Gracias a nuestro increíble equipo, nuestro jefe de fotografía @cevg19 con la colaboración de @bryan.albor y a nuestros superiores de @univision19 que creyeron en este proyecto y nos acompañaron en este camino. Además a @chjreportinghealth por permitirnos participar en el colaborativo de salud y empujarnos a hacer este reportaje. Sin su talento y esfuerzo, El Precio del Campo no habría llegado hasta aquí.
Nosotras seguimos adelante, contando historias que importan, representando con orgullo a Venezuela y demostrando que los sueños, con trabajo y corazón, se cumplen. ¡Vamos por más!

IIThank you so much to @allwomeninmedia and everyone at The Gracies. I've long been in awe of the women and the work that's been able to win this prestigious national award. It's been my longtime goal to earn one.
This year, at the end of entry window, I decided to bet on myself by self funding an application for best original digital video series. Seeing "ZIP Codes with Imaeyen" win means so much to me because it's my baby, my brainchild, and I love doing it. I hope to continue contextualizing people's stories in this franchise.
The awards ceremony in Beverly Hills was amazing and I met so many incredible women. I'm inspired to keep growing and elevating my work. I'm so grateful 🙏🏾

TAA belated MASSIVE congrats to my intrepid, tireless team 👏 it’s not every day you get to win an award and share a stage alongside the likes of Kathy Bates, Megan Thee Stallion, Nora O’Donnell, Keke Palmer and so many other iconic women in media & the arts !! We simply could not be more honored to accept a Gracie Award during their 50th milestone anniversary ceremony later this summer 🙏 the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation created the awards in 1975 to highlight the impact of women’s voices, stories and achievements across tv, audio, streaming and digital platforms. 🙏 needless to say, our team is VERY excited and humbled to join their ranks and take part in what I’m sure will be an unforgettable celebration! We remain so grateful to the brave women in the investigation we entered for trusting us with their stories …

Katrina you deserve all of the love and recognition for all of your hard work to deliver day in, and day out, for YEARS.
Katrina, I’m thankful we continue to do what we do the way we want to do it. The mom and mom store LOL independently doing the work has been the greatest and hardest experience.
I don’t ever expect big establishments to recognize us because we aren’t necessarily on their invite list LOOOOL but hey, let’s enjoy the cheers because the nights with no applauses get REAL loud.
I told myself that this year we are celebrating every win and loss. The losses make the wins that much better. We got a laundry lists of losses and rejections. We get them ALLLL the time, and for some reason we keep going!
Katrina, relish in all of your glory and I think what I’m about to say will get me to tear up…
I’m proud that your daughter gets to see all of your wins and sees how incredible her mama is!!!
