Simple ingredients & whole foods are key. :) Canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, etc. High in polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs), which oxidize easily and generate inflammatory byproducts that disrupt metabolism and hormone balance. They have many mechanisms where they are directly carcinogenic. Carrageenan. Can trigger gut inflammation and damage the intestinal lining, mimicking inflammatory bowel conditions in studies. It also has been linked to colon cancer. Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). If drugs are used in your home, you must address that before even considering parenthood. If either partner struggles with untreated psychological issues or shows clear narcissistic patterns, bringing a child into that environment will only multiply the harm.
