Touring can feel the same way with artists. You might be a huge fan of someone… and then one day you get the chance to work their show 👏
Suddenly you’re not watching from the crowd anymore.
You’re backstage.You’re seeing the chaos, the pressure, the stress of putting on a show.
Sometimes that changes how you see them.
Maybe they’re not as nice as you imagined.
Maybe they’re a little intense.
Maybe they’re just having a really bad day.
But sometimes the opposite happens too! Sometimes the artist you admire the most ends up being even kinder than you expected and have the most down to earth personality 😊
That’s one of the strange things about working in touring.
The magic doesn’t disappear… you just start seeing the human side of it ✨
