Alles gaart op één bakplaat. Makkelijk, maar het smaakt alsof je er echt moeite voor hebt gedaan. Ingrediënten Traybake * 1 grote zoete aardappel, in grove stukken * 1 middelgrote bloemkool, in roosjes * 1 rode ui, in parten * Cherrytomaten * 1 blik kikkererwten (400 g), uitgelekt en afgespoeld * 3 tot 4 el olijfolie * 1 tl komijn * 1 tl gerookt paprikapoeder * ½ tl gemalen koriander * ½ tl kaneel * Zout en peper, naar smaak Kruiden-Tahinsaus * 3 el tahin * Sap van ½ citroen * 1 teentje knoflook, fijn geraspt * 2 tot 3 el water, om te verdunnen * Handje verse peterselie of koriander, fijngehakt * Snuf zout Om te serveren * Granaatappelpitjes (optioneel, voor zoetheid en kleur) * Extra verse kruiden Bereiding 1. An all round, good time gal that can be switched up seasonally (I made an apple caramel version earlier this year) or with whatever berries you have lurking in your fridge (blueberry with a lemon custard??? YUM). Great scooped up warm, fresh out the oven or sliced up cold and alongside your morning coffee, it’s a wholesomely naughty little treat you didn’t know was missing from your life. 1 yellow onion, very fine — Sheet pan chicken kebab wrap 🌯 Ingredients For the kebabs: 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, minced Salt to taste 1 yellow onion, very finely chopped and excess moisture squeezed out 1 red bell pepper, very finely chopped and excess moisture squeezed out 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped 1 tbsp fresh garlic, finely minced 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander For the salad 1 cup yellow onion, diced 1 cup tomatoes , seeded and diced 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 cup cucumber, diced 1/2 red onion, sliced 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Squeeze of one lemon juice 1-2 tbsp pomegranate molasses Salt to taste 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp sumac For the garlic yogurt sauce. 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp greek yogurt Salt to taste 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp garlic powder Squeeze of lemon juice To assemble: 6 Lavash bread Method: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a sheet pan with oil. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken thighs, onion, red bell pepper, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red chili flakes, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix until evenly combined. Transfer the mixture to the sheet pan and press into an even layer, 1/2 inch thick, divided into kebabs. Drizzle additional oil/ butter on top. Bake on the bottom rack for 10-12 minutes. Broil on the top rack for 2 minutes on high, flip, and broil for an additional 2 minutes or until lightly golden. In a bowl, combine yellow onion, tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, and sliced red onion. Add parsley Drizzle with lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and olive oil. Sprinkle with sumac and salt.mix. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Spread garlic yogurt sauce over each lavash. Top with sliced chicken kebab and fresh salad. ALL-IN-ONE Sausage, Fennel & Harissa Traybake Serves 4 (generously) Ingredients * 8 quality sausages * 2 fennel bulbs, cut into chunky wedges * 2 red onions, cut into chunks * 240g cherry or plum tomatoes * 1 jar chickpeas, drained (Bold Bean 👌) * 3 tbsp harissa (I like @belazu_co ) * 2 tbsp mango chutney (always go for @geetasfoods ) * 2 tbsp capers * Large handful of mixed herbs (parsley, chives, coriander), roughly chopped * Olive oil, salt & black pepper To serve * A big handful of rocket * 1 block feta, crumbled Method 1. Heat oven to 180°C fan. Line a large baking tray. Add everything except the rocket and feta to the tray. Season well with salt, pepper and a good glug of olive oil. 2. Roast for 40 minutes, turning halfway, until the sausages are golden and the veg is caramelised and sticky. 3. While still warm, scatter over the rocket and crumble in the feta, gently tossing so it wilts slightly and soaks up all those spicy, tomatoey juices. There are so many yummy flavours and it’s so affordable. This new smoky bbq flavour is our new fave 🔥 It’s also DF SF EF 🥳 ⚠️ May Contains gluten, wheat, milk, soy, sesame and sulphites. Please always check the labels yourself and decide if it’s suitable for your personal situation. It’s delicious made into a rice tray bake like our previous ALDI butterflied chicken recipe or you can throw it on top of a potato bake like we have here! We lined a roasting tray with 5 small-medium potatoes and 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and finely sliced, along with some finely chopped broccoli. Then we combined 1 cup of cream (oat cream for us!) and 1/3 cup of water along with 2 tsp veg stock and a generous helping of Italian herbs and poured this over the top. Finally we placed the chicken skin side up on top of the veg mix and baked it all uncovered at 180 degrees celcius for an hour until crispy. Will you be adding this to your ALDI essentials list?
