En aquesta edició hi participaran 22 equips d’arreu de Catalunya, amb més de 200 infants i joves d’entre 6 i 16 anys.

KOSeit ich meinen Unterricht an Autismus & ADHS mitdenke, habe ich kaum noch Disziplinprobleme.
Nicht weil die Schüler plötzlich „braver“ sind.
Sondern weil Chaos oft entsteht, wenn Unterricht zu unklar, zu lang oder zu reizüberflutend ist.
Das sind ein paar Dinge, die ich konkret anders mache:
1️⃣ Jede Stunde beginnt gleich
Ein kurzes Ritual am Anfang.
Die Schüler wissen sofort: Wo stehen wir? Was passiert heute?
2️⃣ Der Ablauf steht sichtbar im Raum
Agenda an der Tafel oder Folie.
Wenn Schüler wissen, was kommt, sinkt der Stresspegel enorm.
3️⃣ Arbeitsaufträge sind klar strukturiert
Nicht: „Bearbeitet das Arbeitsblatt.“
Sondern z. B.
Schritt 1 – lesen
Schritt 2 – markieren
Schritt 3 – beantworten.
4️⃣ Mikropausen statt Überforderung
2–3 Minuten Bewegung oder kurze Regulation, bevor die Konzentration komplett kippt.
5️⃣ Ich reduziere unnötige Reize
Nicht fünf Aufgaben gleichzeitig.
Nicht drei Gespräche parallel.
Klare Phase → klare Aufgabe.
6️⃣ Transparente Erwartungen
Was ist Pflicht?
Was ist Zusatz?
Was wird bewertet?
7️⃣ Regulation ist erlaubt
Knetball, Ring, kurz aufstehen – solange niemand gestört wird.
Wenn Unterricht vorhersehbarer wird, müssen Schüler weniger Energie darauf verwenden, das System zu verstehen.
Und plötzlich bleibt mehr Energie fürs Lernen.
