STOP MASS APPLYING. • Choose top 10 companies you truly want • Identify 2-3 roles within each of them • Reach out to- ▶️ Alumni who work there ▶️ Managers/senior managers/ hiring managers ▶️ Atleast 1 director/Partner Don’t ask for Jobs, ask for insights 2) PRACTICE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS EVERYDAY • Practice your top 10 questions out loud. • Not in your head. OUT LOUD. • Record yourself. • Fix your pauses, your “umms,” and your vague answers. Confidence is a skill, train it. 3) FIX YOUR RESUME ▶️ Your bullet points should start with action verbs + show numbers. Not “responsible for sales”, “Increased sales by 30% in Q2” ▶️ One page if you have under 3 years of experience. No exceptions. ▶️ Save it as FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf ▶️ Always start bullet points with action words ▶️ If you’re still confused about this, DM ‘Resume’ for a full resume audit @499/- only 4) FIX YOUR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT ASAP (Your first digital impression) Most recruiters check Linkedin before saying “yes”.
