✨ Tour the Governor’s Palace (the gardens are stunning)
✨ Stop in the historic shops and watch the artisans at work
✨ Grab a sweet treat at Wythe Candy & Gourmet Shop
✨ Take a carriage ride (especially in the fall or at Christmas 😍)
✨ Visit the museums if you want the full history experience
✨ Stay for dinner at one of the historic taverns for the full colonial vibe
✨ Come back at night when everything is lit by lanterns — it’s unreal
It’s one of those places that makes you slow down and appreciate the beauty, the history, and the charm that makes this area so special. I feel so blessed that I get to help people buy homes near such a stunning historic area. 🥹 There is truly nothing like helping families put down roots somewhere this meaningful.

PEWinter in Delaware. The day had that wet, cold wind sweeping off the Atlantic, and to be honest, I don’t know how those seagulls did it. I was ready to head indoors after five minutes. Great for photography, lousy for my core temperature.

HO🍑 We took a day trip to @visitwaynesboroga, about 40 miles from Aiken,SC and it did not disappoint! We walked downtown and stopped in @junkinthetrunkvintagemarket and @borobellesandbabes. After that we grabbed lunch at @peach_pitcantina_waynesboro and snagged a sweet treat from @pinelandbakery.

GAColonial Williamsburg is a living-history museum and private foundation presenting a part of the historic district in Williamsburg, Virginia. Its 301-acre (122 ha) historic area includes several hundred restored or recreated buildings from the 18th century, when the city served as the capital of the colonial era Colony of Virginia. The district includes 17th-century, 19th-century, Colonial Revival, and more recent structures and reconstructions. The historic area includes three main thoroughfares and their connecting side streets, which are designed to represent how Williamsburg existed in the 18th century.
