RAAfter running through this foam Dean got the worst rash!! It was supposed to be non-toxic but this is also the kid who gets rashes from certain band-aids so I guess we should’ve expected it. If he got the chance to do it again I’m sure he would in a heartbeat anyways 😅

THWant to know something ironic?
I stopped showing up in my business.
Then,
on the very day that I put aside to film videos for my free community, I have the worst rash I can ever remember having…
I only realised at a coaching session a few weeks ago that I had stopped showing up.
It wasn’t intentional.
But I could few that something was holding me back.
After some deep diving into that, I realised it was because I was embarrassed about how I looked.
This was something I hadn’t ever felt before.
I’ve never been shy to show up.
Or to be on camera.
Or to be at the front of the room.
But over the last few years of poor health I’d lost confidence.
And I’d stopped showing up.
It wasn’t about confidence the whole time.
I was definitely limited by capacity too.
But once my capacity opened back up, it became apparent I waa holding back.
So here I am, showing up for you.
Even with the worst rash I can ever remember having.
Because my coach challenged me about all the people I could be helping if I actually showed up.
And that always hits home more than anything else.
Are you shy about showing up?
If so, I encourage you to show up today just as you are.
Because your business has the power to change lives.
But not if you don’t show up…

RUi just missed eczema awareness month but felt like i had to say that, it’s okay.
*VULNERABLE POST* *BE NICE *
this year has been my worst and hardest battle with eczema yet. i started dupixent which i thought would help but sent me into a spiral where ive had to take months off of work due to my chronic pain every single day. it hurts to sleep, walk, do anything. i just want anyone else that deals with this to know we see you, we feel you, and we are waiting with you til it’s “better.”
there’s still no cure to eczema but what we can do is be here for eachother 💖

The worst thing that could happen was “I don’t get the job” or “”dont hear back”
In this instagram world we get immediate feedback for just being ourselves
Yes it’s a little scarier. But you gotta realise that people’s brains are so dopamine overloaded that they will forget about you in 5-10seconds
