For context, I’ve been running what’s commonly called the “Wolverine stack”, a combo people use to support soft-tissue repair and recovery (mainly tendons, ligaments, joints). Overall, I’ve felt genuinely good the whole time and haven’t had any adverse reactions. Shoulder and knee feel solid again. Hand is wayyyy better. Honestly the best it’s felt in ~2 years, but I can still notice it. I could leave it here, but I’m choosing to extend the protocol for another 3 weeks (maybe longer) to see if I can get it as close to normal as possible rather than stopping early. Not recommending or endorsing peptides. Just documenting my attempt to support healing & avoid surgery, and being realistic about timelines, placebo, and biology.
