ITThere are moments you prepare for when you step onto a stage.
And then there are moments that move through you.
Speaking at the Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Conference last Saturday was one of those moments.
The room was filled with women carrying brilliance, resilience, and stories that deserve space. We began with a simple exercise. Turn to the woman beside you and speak a word of power into her.
Because powerful women do not compete.
We call each other higher.
What unfolded from there became far more than a talk. It became connection. Reflection. A room full of women remembering who they are.
I’m deeply grateful to Brandi Davis and Maggie Anderson for the courage they showed in sharing their stories. Your honesty created space for every woman in that room to pause, reflect, and grow.
Thank you to Daryl and Bianca Hych for the invitation to be part of such a meaningful gathering during Women’s History Month. The energy in that room will stay with me for a long time.
If there is one thing I hope every woman carried with her when she walked out of that room, it is this:
Power is external.
Powerful is internal.
Power can be taken.
Powerful cannot.
To every woman who stood tall, spoke truth, and showed up fully.
The best is yet to come.
