story time. more details below i think we spend so much time looking at the “after” that we forget how deeply uncomfortable the “before” actually was. i do that a lot. missing a cutoff by 0.5% (and then somehow getting it back) felt like the end of the world at the time. and to some people, it cost everything. i shared a few things here that happened to me, but i know most of you went through similar things. even though it feels never-ending in a world that doesn’t pause, you are allowed to take the break. be the “mildly persistent spam email” any time after. pivot and redirect, nothing’s a destination. this too shall pass. #storytime #womenintech #pov
