It’s how I started my work in sport journey. I knew I wanted to work in sport but wasn’t sure where to start. Training camp really is the dog days of summer 😅 long days and lots of delirium 😂 Mondays are my craziest days, because along with reporting from camp and anchoring evening sportscasts, I also host a 30 minute live show. Crazy but fun! But this year, I’ve really tried to focus on still making time for myself. In years past, I just let everything go out the window and end up feeling burnt out by the time the season starts. So even though it means getting up extra early, squeezing in a workout or some meditation has worked wonders. Doesn’t happen every day, but always feel better when I do. ANYWAY!
