Lav følgende Pilates-inspirerede HIIT-øvelser i 50 sek efterfulgt af 10 sek. Gentag 3 gange. 🔥 Push-up variation (gentag 50/10 sekunder x 2) 🔥 Sidebøjningsvariation (50/10 sekunder R + 50/10 sekunder L) 🔥 Modificeret svane (gentag 50/10 sekunder x 2) Tag en pause på 30 sekunder mellem hver runde – og NYD!
