HEHonestly, sometimes just identifying or naming what is happening removes its power and relieves some of the anxiety.
Sit in silence for a few moments to figure out where the anxiety is originating and see how you feel afterwards.
Then you can also work more on that issue so it doesn’t arise again 🙌
