Appears as a completely anechoic fluid-filled sac with smooth, thin walls; optimal visualization when full.
🔹 2. البنكرياس (Pancreas)
يظهر بنسيج حبيبي ناعم، يتموضع عرضيًا في أعلى البطن، وغالبًا يكون أكثر سطوعًا قليلًا من نسيج الكبد الطبيعي.
Appears with a fine granular texture, located transversely in the upper abdomen, usually slightly more echogenic than the liver.
🔹 3. المرارة (Gallbladder)
تظهر كبنية كمثرية الشكل، عديمة الصدى، خالية من الحصى في الحالة الطبيعية، وتقع مباشرة أسفل الكبد.
Appears as a pear-shaped anechoic structure, normally free of stones, located directly beneath the liver.

أكبر عضو بطني، يتميز بنسيج متجانس متوسط الصدى، مع وضوح الأوعية الدموية وخاصة الوريد البابي.
The largest abdominal organ, showing homogeneous mid-level echogenicity with clearly visualized vessels, particularly the portal vein.
🔹 5. الرحم (Uterus)
عضو عضلي متوسط الصدى، يحتوي على خط مركزي لامع يمثل بطانة الرحم، يختلف مظهره حسب العمر والدورة الشهرية.
A muscular organ with mid-level echogenicity, containing a bright central line representing the endometrium; appearance varies with age and menstrual cycle.
🔹 6. الكلية (Kidney)
تظهر بشكل حبة الفاصولياء، قشرة خارجية رمادية أقل صدى من الكبد أو الطحال، ومركز أبيض لامع يمثل الجيب الكلوي.
Appears bean-shaped with a hypoechoic outer cortex and a bright echogenic central renal sinus.
🔹 7. الغدة الدرقية (Thyroid Gland)
تتكون من فصين متجانسين على جانبي القصبة الهوائية، ذات نسيج ساطع ومنتظم في الحالة الطبيعية.
Composed of two homogeneous lobes on either side of the trachea, with a bright and uniform echotexture.

يشبه الكبد في النسيج لكنه أكثر تماسكًا وسطوعًا، ويقع في الربع العلوي الأيسر من البطن.
Similar to the liver in texture but more compact and echogenic, located in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen.
