FUmaturing in the gym is realizing that “zone 2 cardio” is breathy:
#Zone2Cardio does not mean:
• Walking your dog around the neighborhood...
• Non-consecutive minutes aka: Doing 10 mins of cardio, abs, 10 mins of cardio, abs, 10 mins of cardio.
• You go intense for 5 minutes, recover zone 1 recovery walk 5 minutes.
• Leisurely walking with a friend outside.
➡️ these do NOT reach the same stimulus that a true zone-2 demands to actually burn fat
