That orchestra prevents you from getting injured or lessens it. As we age and DON’T TRAIN and maintain these elements, possible trips and falls can be debilitating and even crippling because of low bone density, weak muscles, poor mobility and joint movement and mental fear. 🤔Mental fear…, meaning the mind is also being maintained and conditioned. A person that MOVES regularly doesn’t look forward to falling but they are not as frightened by the thought of it as someone over 50 that doesn’t FREQUENTLY move in different positions. You need balance in your arms. Flab on the back of the arm (if you did not have an extreme weight loss situation) is an indicator that you need to increase muscle and strength. ________ Blueprint: 3 to 4 sets of 8-12. If you are a newbie, you can start with less than that and add 1-2 reps a week. 3 days a week. You’re at the top of the year. This is a game changer 🤯 … … If you’ve followed me for a minute, you know I LOVE all things Zercher. Well, all things except the elbow pain that comes with loading in the Zercher position. So when the good people at @abmat offered to send me a Zercher Pad to test out, it was an IMMEDIATE YES. First impression: GAME CHANGER No specialty bar and no elbow sleeves needed. The real test will come when I load up some heavy squats but for today’s reverse lunges (plus some toddler squats) it passed with flying colors!
