Here is a great progressive acceleration complex to help you develop an explosive start🏃♂️& improve your speed 💥
If you are a sprinter/runner looking to get explosive or a running based athlete who’s sport requires you to have top level acceleration then this is for you 🫵
How to do it⬇️
Warm Up 🔥 then perform……
1️⃣MB Drop to Split Jump | 3 sets 3 reps each side
(Rest 2min between )
2️⃣Med Ball Push Start | 20m for 3 reps at Max Effort
(Rest 2min between )
3️⃣ Sub Max Drop In Sprints | 30-40m for 2 reps
(Rest 2-3min between)
4️⃣ 3 Point Start Max Effort Sprint | 30-40m for 3 reps
(Rest 3-4min between)
