ACImportant Update:
Effective immediately Ace Grading will be temporarily pausing the Premier tier until February 10th.
You may have noticed we had previously closed the Basic tier and then shortly after closed the Standard tier. However the demand STILL remains incredibly high. Therefore we must take this measure to ensure Estimated Turnaround Times can be as accurate as possible.
The demand (as well as the incident in December and the Christmas break) has meant there has been a slight slowdown in our Estimated Turnaround times. We’re still at work as hard as ever but must make action to control demand.
Rather than raising pricing, we feel that closing Premier is a step in the right direction. Ultra remains open with a lower price point (£25 vs £30). The Ultra tier will also remain at 2 working days once arrived at Ace, in most cases shipped the next working day.
This pause will be temporary and we will reopen all services on February 10th with our Allocation System in full force. This means that each service level will open and close based on daily demand. We expect Basic and Standard to fill up almost instantly, however.
Ace Grading is also welcoming 7 new staff members as a result of the ongoing demand, as well as the intention to hire 4 more members to the Grading Team. Each new Grader at Ace must go through a vigorous 3 month training program before being able to start work as a grader.
