DEI’m always asked, “How do you shoot such aesthetically pleasing videos?”
So here’s my little secret: nothing fancy, just intentional choices 👀
1️⃣ Clean, minimal backgrounds
I always choose backgrounds that are simple—not loud, not bold.
White or off-white works best because it blends with any colour palette or theme I want to create.
Minimal backgrounds = maximum aesthetic.
2️⃣ Intentional props only
Yes, I own many props but you’ll never see them all in one video coz Clutter kills aesthetics.
& I carefully mix and match props based on the vibe I want to achieve.
3️⃣ Lighting is non-negotiable
I prefer natural daylight, but if that’s not available at your place, you can invest in good artificial lighting.
Trust me—good lighting can instantly level up your content.
4️⃣ Stability & device
A tripod is a must for stable shots. Also, I shoot on my iPhone 15 Plus, but great videos aren’t about iPhones vs Android. Any good-quality phone works as you can always filter correct your footage later.
5️⃣ Filters = the final touch
This is where the magic happens. Filters help create that soft, dreamy, and aesthetic look that pulls everything together.
