TH❄️ Anatomical Snuff Box 👋📚
A small triangular depression on the lateral side of the wrist that becomes visible when the thumb is extended. It is bounded by the tendons of abductor pollicis longus, extensor pollicis brevis, and extensor pollicis longus, with the scaphoid bone forming its floor.
⚕️ Clinically important because tenderness here may indicate a scaphoid fracture.
✨️Always remember this landmark during wrist examination.
🔬 Small space, but big clinical significance!
