Intanto è arrivata una sanzione da 4 milioni di euro dell’Autorità Antitrust.
Perché?
Secondo l’Autorità, sulla piattaforma:
– le recensioni non sempre sono davvero rappresentative delle esperienze reali
– i controlli sulla genuinità (anche per quelle “verificate”) non sono adeguati
– le aziende possono scegliere a chi chiedere una recensione, influenzando i giudizi
– mancano informazioni chiare su come funziona il sistema e sui servizi a pagamento
– vengono usati anche meccanismi di interfaccia (i cosiddetti “dark pattern”) che possono orientare gli utenti
Le recensioni sono utilissime… ma solo se sono davvero affidabili.

L'AGCM ha sanzionato Poltronesofà con una multa
da 1 milione di euro per pratiche commerciali scorrette legate alla comunicazione degli sconti.
Al centro del provvedimento c’è la celebre “Collezione Promo”,
pubblicizzata in modo massiccio su TV, radio e social.
Secondo l’Antitrust, l’azienda avrebbe utilizzato prezzi “barrati” molto elevati per far apparire le offerte come straordinarie.
Il punto chiave è proprio questo:
i divani della Collezione Promo non sarebbero mai
stati venduti al prezzo di listino indicato.
Sarebbero stati progettati e messi in vendita quasi esclusivamente in promozione, rendendo lo sconto solo apparente.
Un meccanismo che gonfia la percezione del risparmio e
spinge il consumatore a comprare in fretta.
Per l’AGCM si tratta di una violazione del Codice del Consumo
e dei principi di diligenza professionale.
Poltronesofà non è nuova a questo tipo di contestazioni:
già nel 2021 era arrivata una sanzione analoga per pubblicità ingannevole,
poi ridotta dal Consiglio di Stato.
Un segnale di come la pressione promozionale, soprattutto nel retail, sia diventata un terreno sempre più delicato sul fronte della trasparenza.
In altre parole, è come entrare in un negozio che espone per mesi il cartello “sconto solo per oggi”.
E quando l’eccezione diventa la regola,
per l’Antitrust non è più marketing aggressivo:
è pratica scorretta.
