SESo many ways to stretch dough out this is just the way I do it. Full disclosure: I am just a dad making pizza at home, not a professional. These are just tips I learned along the way and you asked me to show you so here it is hope it helps.
I get asked this a lot and I see so many people making the same mistake I made when I first started trying to make a round pizza without starting with a round dough ball. People take the dough right out of the bag and try to stretch it into a circle and it is a lot harder to make a round pizza this way.
These days I make my own dough but if I am in a pinch I will buy store bought dough. I look for organic dough and dough that does not look like it is about to explode out of the bag. I do not want over yeasted dough. I usually divide it into two which gives you around a 250 gram dough ball perfect for a 10 to 12 inch pizza.
Start by working with smaller size pizzas and work your way up. When I was starting out I bought dough just to practice shaping and stretching because I did not want to burn my good dough I spent time on.
