Instant Suji Appe loaded with veggies 🥕🌽
Perfect healthy snack
Method :
1. Take suji in a bowl. Add curd and water, mix well. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
2. After resting, add a little more water and mix to make a smooth batter.
3. Add finely chopped green chilli, onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, sweet corn, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a small tadka pan. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add this tadka to the batter and mix.
5. Just before cooking, add eno and mix gently.
6. Grease the appe pan with oil. Pour batter into each mould.
7. Cover with a lid and cook on low-medium flame. Flip and cook from both sides until golden and crispy.
8. Serve hot suji appe with green chutney or sauce.
