_IChina is testing self-driving electric scooters with
features like auto-balance, obstacle detection, remote control
and smart navigation, mainly for commuting and delivery use.
Reports and demo videos show these two-wheelers using Al and
sensors similar to autonomous cars, but still under testing and
limited real-world rollout.
Meanwhile, in India, traffic safety challenges and infrastructure
gaps continue to slow down even basic autonomous vehicle
adoption.

showcases, and coverage of autonomous two-wheeler
developments by Chinese mobility startups and media
demonstrations.
