DEWhen a baby has classic back dominance, they tend to arch their neck and look up/backward like this.
The more pronounced this pattern becomes, the harder it is for the baby to break it and activate both the front neck and the eye muscles that help them look down toward their own body.
That’s why it’s important to gently guide your baby’s gaze downward toward their belly button, just like in this video. It’s a simple and effective way to prevent the backward pull in the neck muscles from becoming so strong that it’s difficult to change later on.
If you’ve passed the point of prevention and need practical home exercises for back dominance, you’ll find them in my program “Develobaby – Back Arching and Flat Head.” You can also get a link sent directly by commenting ARCH below.
