This session is built for anyone living out of a backpack, a crew cabin, or a hotel room… but still wants to move like an athlete. 500m ski → lunges 500m row → burpee broad jumps 500m ski → DB thrusters 500m row → farmers carry 500m ski → KB deadlifts 500m row → goblet squats Repeat x2. (roughly 40 minutes) A mix of engines, carries and power work, exactly what HYROX demands. If you’re on the road and want to stay HYROX-ready: keep it simple, keep it intense, and keep moving. Movement while moving.
